Located on the west side of the house this elegant executive studio suite has its own private patio and entrance The kitchenette is equipped with Maple Shaker cabinets, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, hotplates, coffee maker, and kettle. The living and sleeping area can accommodate four people. This one big room is decorated with warmth and style and features a washed-oak queen bed, closet, writing desk, a sofa bed, TV, DVD, wireless high-speed Internet access and an eating area. A large modern bathroom is private and equipped with heated tiled floors.
Reservation:
Arbutus House will hold your reservation with a valid credit card number. Full payment is due at check-in.

Cancellation:
Reservations cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival date will be given full refund. Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will be charged one full night's rate. We will make every attempt to re-book the space and if so, no cancellation charge will be applied.

Arrival / Departure:
Check in: 2:00 - 6:00 pm
Check out: 11:00 am
We would be happy to accommodate late or early arrivals and departures but only with prior arrangements.

Minimum Stay:
A two night minimum stay is required.

Children:
Children are welcome and a high chair is available upon request. There is an extra $20 fee for setting the crib in the suite.

Pets:
Sorry, we cannot accommodate guest pets. For the information of guests with allergies, we have a dog but it is not allowed in the suites.

Smoking:
Smoking allowed outside only.
