As you pass your private patio and enter through your French door to this 500 sq. ft. suite, you will be welcome by the brightness, elegance, warmth and space. The kitchenette is equipped with Maple Shaker cabinets, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, hotplates, coffee maker, and kettle. There is a sitting area with a queen-sized sofa bed where you can relax and enjoy watching TV or listening to music. The separate bedroom features an antique queen size white iron bed, a writing desk, and two closets and. A modern bathroom with heated tiled floors compliments this charming suite. The Maple Suite can comfortably fit four people.
Reservation:
Arbutus House will hold your reservation with a valid credit card number. Full payment is due at check-in.

Cancellation:
Reservations cancelled more than 21 days prior to arrival date will be given full refund. Cancellations within 21 days of arrival will be charged one full night's rate. We will make every attempt to re-book the space and if so, no cancellation charge will be applied.

Arrival / Departure:
Check in: 2:00 - 6:00 pm
Check out: 11:00 am
We would be happy to accommodate late or early arrivals and departures but only with prior arrangements.

Minimum Stay:
A two night minimum stay is required.

Children:
Children are welcome and a high chair is available upon request. There is an extra $20 fee for setting the crib in the suite.

Pets:
Sorry, we cannot accommodate guest pets. For the information of guests with allergies, we have a dog but it is not allowed in the suites.

Smoking:
Smoking allowed outside only.
